Lion's Mane Matcha Latte

Iced Lion’s Mane Matcha Latte

Ingredients

Serves 1

• 1 tbsp Purana Lion’s Mane powder
• 1 tbsp matcha powder
• 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
• 350 ml oat milk or preferred milk
• 1/2-1 cup ice

Directions

  1. Add Lion’s Mane powder, matcha powder, maple syrup, and oat milk and ice to a shaker or jar.

  2. Shake well until fully combined and smooth.

  3. Enjoy directly from mason jar, or pour into a glass.

  4. Enjoy immediately.

Cool, creamy, and steady. Perfect for warmer days or an afternoon reset.

 

Hot Lion’s Mane Matcha Latte

Ingredients

Serves 1

• 1 tbsp Purana Lion’s Mane powder
• 1 tbsp matcha powder
• 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
• 350 ml oat milk or preferred milk

Directions

  1. Heat oat milk until warm. Do not boil.

  2. Add matcha and Lion’s Mane powder to a mug.

  3. Pour a small amount of warm milk into the mug and whisk until smooth with no lumps.

  4. Add the remaining milk and maple syrup.

  5. Froth if desired and serve warm.
