Lion's Mane Pumpkin Spice Latte

This Pumpkin Spice Lion’s Mane Latte blends autumn comfort with the cognitive support of Lion’s Mane. Perfect for mornings when you want a little extra focus with your fall flavours. ✨

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 shot espresso (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Purana Lion’s Mane powder

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or to taste)

  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice blend (see below for recipe)

  • Pinch of sea salt

Pumpkin Spice Blend:

    • 3 tbsp ground cinnamon

    • 2 tsp ground ginger

    • 2 tsp ground nutmeg

    • 1 ½ tsp ground allspice

    • 1 ½ tsp ground cloves

Instructions:

  1. Warm the milk
  2. Whisk in ingredients
  3. Froth until creamy.
  4. Top with cinnamon (whip cream optional!)
