Lion's Mane Turmeric Latte

Support your gut microbiome with this antioxidant rich, anti-inflammatory turmeric latte! This creamy, zesty latte can be served both hot and cold.

This recipe serves 1 approximately 12 ounce cup of tea with a full 2.3 gram serving of lion's mane per cup. Multiply as needed!

You may wish to adjust certain ingredients depending on your preference for spice or sweet content.

1) boil 1 cup water

2) steep for 5+ minutes

  • 1 tbsp lion's mane powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest (fresh or dry)
  • 1 pinch red chili flake
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

3) strain & combine:

  • 1/4 cup oat milk (heat if desired)
  • 1 tsp mct/coconut oil
  • 1-3 tsp maple syrup (to taste)

4) whisk, blend or froth all together

5) serve & enjoy
